One LifeTransparency

Transparency,clearly.

How our work is funded, and how we choose our projects — clearly, without private financial details.

Our funding

Self-funded, entirely.

One Life is a private, family-founded foundation. Our projects are funded by the foundation itself — not by donations, fundraising campaigns or external funding.

This gives us independence in our decisions and the freedom to act quickly when a need is real. It also means our only commitment is to the people we serve.

We do not publish private financial details — but we are always clear about how we work, and how we choose where to act.

How we choose

How do we choose our projects?

  1. 1

    We listen

Needs reach us from people, families and the field itself.

  2. 2

We verify the need on the ground

We visit, ask and see for ourselves before deciding anything.

  3. 3

    We weigh the impact

Will this step make a lasting difference? Can we commit to it until the end?

  4. 4

    We carry it out ourselves

Our team is present at every stage — no intermediaries.

  5. 5

    We follow up and document

We follow the result after the work is done, and document it with respect for people’s privacy.

Our criteria

What every project must meet.

01

A real, verified need

We act on what we have seen and understood, not on assumptions.

02

Impact that lasts

We prefer the solution that remains, and the opportunity that helps people continue on their own.

03

Dignity and privacy

No one is a “case”. We protect people’s stories and images.

04

Within our capacity

We only commit to what we can see through — honestly.

What we don’t do

Clear lines.

  • We do not run fundraising campaigns or collect money from the public.
  • We do not share anyone’s photo or story without their consent.
  • We do not promise what we cannot deliver.
  • We do not step in before understanding the need.
